Speaking to packed house in Hershey, PA, Momentum presented an educational session entitled, "Changing Workspaces for the Changing Workforce". In the audience were CEO's, COO's, CFO's and other key credit union executives from across the state of Pennsylvania.
The 75 minute session addressed the ways in which workspace impacts the key challenges credit unions face with respect to growth, employee demographic changes, workplace interaction, internal branding, and overall efficiency.
The feedback from the session was overwhelmingly positive.
